The last time I was actually able to get a hold of someone by phone which was a couple of months ago they told me email was the best way to contact them. I think that is a poor way to run an office. I called the office about 2 weeks ago and have not a call back.
I have been trying to book an appointment for two weeks now. Took me a week to get a person on the phone we talked and in the middle of the call she said she had to check something and put me on hold 10 minutes later I was hung up on. I have spent the last week leaving messages every day and calling multiple times a day. 5 days of this and I have gotten nobody and nobody has called me back. Terrible.
Bad experience, they sent the results to my doctor but never to me, found out the results 4 months after the sleep test, plus they are double charging me and I can't get a hold of them. Never going back.
awful practice hard to get in touch with i think there all asleep on the job i was told i had severe sleep disruption trying to take next step and not geting anywhere i think they tell you what they want $$$$$
