I could not have been treated more poorly. The office staff were incredibly friendly an accommodating, however the Dr. himself was a whole other story. The moment I entered the exam room the Dr. was already talking down to me. I told him that I had previous issues with insomnia in the past. I relayed that my PCP wanted us to concentrate on getting me to fall asleep. Within 3 minutes the man was trying to sell me on getting a sleep apnea surgery, despite telling him that I currently did not want to talk about the sleep apnea ... read more
This place needs more 5 star reviews. The doctor is awesome and went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend.
Doctor osoft takes the time to understand what's going on with you and share detailed charts information and research on your sleep. I was really surprised to find out. I had sleep apnea and i'm really pleased with the help that i'm getting from this office to treat it!
So far I've only been here once before, but based on that experience, I will say that I have very positive feedback for Auburn SleepMed, which is why I chose to leave a review. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am & after finding this location on GPS (I live almost an hour away & am not familiar with Auburn) I went to check in & was greeted by a friendly, courteous & welcoming receptionist.
