We took our son there for an evaluation. We were told the amount we had to pay before the appointment. I asked several times if it was covered by insurance and was told yes and i just need to pay $25. and 100 fee for supplies. I wasnt sure what supplies it was for, which was weird. The young lady was friendly when we checked in. About a month later after the appointment, I was told I needed to pay another $180 dollar because of the time it took for the evaluation!
