Talked to Mitch on the phone, tried to charge me $4500 for a $1000 water heater, never showed up or returned my call when I tried to schedule an in person estimate. Rude when questioned about why he was selling water heaters for so much more than Home Depot. No data to back up his sales pitch. Do not recommend.

We did an extensive remodeling project and having Mitch and James and his very capable HVAC team completing all new plumbing, heating and air was one of the best decisions we made. Every difficulty we encountered they immediately figured out how to solve the problem and did it efficiently and at a very fair cost. James did superior work on both his rough and finish plumbing.
