This place was exhausting to live at. When I moved in, the place was disgusting and stank of cat pee in every room. There were multiple things broken, including the dishwasher and bathroom mirror which did not get fixed. The back door to the building was broken for 6 months and they just taped it shut and did nothing until they failed a city inspection. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The foundation of the apartment leaks water constantly. There are cochroaches and bugs. A few hours of rain will likely soak your apartment carpets. Oh and what does DTN do about it? Replace the carpet and not fix the fundamental problem and pretend the problem doesn't exist. This is their mentality for any serious problem, band-aids.
