DO NOT LIVE HERE. The foundation of the apartment leaks water constantly. There are cochroaches and bugs. A few hours of rain will likely soak your apartment carpets. Oh and what does DTN do about it? Replace the carpet and not fix the fundamental problem and pretend the problem doesn't exist. This is their mentality for any serious problem, band-aids.
