I am enjoying my time here very much. My apartment is nice and sufficiently big for two people. The complex is quite green and the location is very convenient if you need to go to the MSU Campus or to East Lansing Downtown. Also, you can go to every place in Lansing by car in a reasonable amount of time. The area is surrounded by beautiful nature you can reach by walk or by bike. This place was exhausting to live at. When I moved in, the place was disgusting and stank of cat pee in every room. There were multiple things broken, including the dishwasher and bathroom mirror which did not get fixed. The back door to the building was broken for 6 months and they just taped it shut and did nothing until they failed a city inspection. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The foundation of the apartment leaks water constantly. There are cochroaches and bugs. A few hours of rain will likely soak your apartment carpets. Oh and what does DTN do about it? Replace the carpet and not fix the fundamental problem and pretend the problem doesn't exist. This is their mentality for any serious problem, band-aids.
