I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling an appointment here, now that I see all the negative reviews. Scheduled an appointment and I got sick and couldn’t take my daughter. My daughter’s grandmother took her which I added to the HIPPA contact list and they show up and was denied to be seen because a parent was not there for the first appointment. I don’t know how this place stays open. Dr. Derrow told me that my 5 year old daughter needed multiple crowns and fillings and they all needed to be done at one time under general anesthesia at Parkview. That alone was enough to send me spiraling with anxiety and fear for my child, but then I’d also have to pay almost $4,000 out of pocket for this procedure. Do not waste your time and money here. Do not! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming. I was so hopeful and excited for this place but it was horrible. The website talks about how they are specialized in children with disabilities and whatnot. My son is autistic and just needs a little more time sometimes. I will preface this review with saying that I was aware going in that my daughter had a lot of work that needed done to her mouth. With that being said, we were referred to this place to get that work done. I felt nothing but shamed as soon as I went back with my daughter. The dentist talked to me like I was intentionally neglecting my daughter.
