We have been here twice, each time was very disappointing. Dr Derrow has no understanding for parents, no patience with the children. My son was touching something she had in the waiting area (a plant) and she yelled at me to not let him touch that… he’s 1. It’s a pediatric office… if you don’t want some things touched you shouldn’t have them out, kids are curious in general. Somehow even with our dental insurance we still have a 150-200$ bill everytime we go… for not even 10 minutes spent with the child. Very disappointed a... read more
We absolutely love Auburn Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Derrow and her team go above and beyond to make dental visits such a positive experience for kids. The office is welcoming and fun, and they truly know how to put children at ease. My kids actually look forward to their appointments, which says it all. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Derrow and her wonderful staff more highly!
