Dr Ahmed was wonderful. Had a consult for an implant and got me in so quickly. Staff was so nice and I had no pain after. Highly recommend
Terrible customer service, called ahead to ensure they could book me quickly before coming in for a consult and they assured me they could- came in for consult, paid, and they informed me they were booking out months away and were so rude about it! Literally wasting people's time on purpose and lowkey insurance scam.
Had my wisdom teeth removed here and the staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The surgery went off without a problem and I was able to resume normal life in just a week. Definitely recommend them!
We tried to get my teeth pulled for personal reasons, we missed a date for a day to go over prices and what they would do. They ended up never answering our calls and "dismissed" us because we missed an oppointment. We called 3 different times on different days too.
Love it here. Nice workers and the surgeon was quick to answer all my questions and be straight forward just how I like it. Update: got my wisdom teeth out! All four! Already have all the feeling back in my mouth almost and it’s been 4.5 hours. Everything went well and the people were so nice- I was awake so I was a little nervous throughout the procedure and they made it as calming as possible. Thank you Auburn Oral Surgery 💗🙏🏽
