Amazing doctor and staff! I always love going and always love my glasses when they come in!
The team at Auburn Optical are the best! From the moment you walk in the door you can tell how much they value you as a patient. Dr. Martin is great with our children and they always have fun when they come in for their appointments. the whole team takes the time to answer questions and make you feel good about your decisions. Wonderful office!
Always a positive experience at Auburn Optical. The staff are first class, they make you feel more like a friend than a patient. Dr. Martin greats you with a smile and a handshake. The exam is complete and thorough , all aspects of my exam were explained in detail. The digital imaging is a must even though it is not covered by my insurance. The $41.00 was well spent. I have some stuff going on that I wouldn't know about without the imaging. Great place with great people.
I live in Flint but still drive up to Auburn because I can't find anyone close to the service this practice offers. I never feel like my appointment is rushed or that the "focus" is diverted away from me. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Absolutely the best place we have ever been! Dr. Martin and his staff go above and way beyond for their patients!
Dr. Martin saw my son at six months old, so patient and gentle taking extra time so he didn't have to dilate his eyes that young. Then a year and a half later he saw my daughter, the staff all remembered my son even though they had not seen him in so long! Again, Dr Martin was great with my daughter (4), even when he did have to dilate her it was with empathy (and mom sneaking in eye drops in the middle of the night) he even ended the visit with balloon animals! Today was my first eye appointment with Dr. Martin. He took the time to explain why I was having trouble with my vision and helped me fix it. Everyone was great!! Very impressed! Will take my whole family there from now on.
