Don’t waste your time.
Dr. Castleberry and/or the clinic does not deserve even 1 star! I am a private citizen that takes diabetes very seriously! I have a friend that saw her about 3 weeks ago and was denied care because his deductible wasn’t supposedly met… which it was. This person has a hole the size of a silver dollar on the bottom of his foot in which you can see the muscle! I’ve seen people lose their limbs and even their lives over wounds like this! What is your problem?! Just plain uncaring and unprofessional!
I've had three visits with Dr Castleberry. I was treated very kind and everyone was very professional. Environment was very clean and one of the best Dr offices I've been in and thats been several. I would recommend her to anyone that needs foot care. I don't think that I could have found a better place. Thanks Dr Castleberry and her staff for the wonderful jobs that you've performed so far.
