This place is great. I needed a badly ingrown toenail removed and they delivered. They got me in as soon as they could and they took great care of me. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and not once tried to rush me. The procedure was quick and I was out of the door within an hour. Sending much love to the team there. Thanks for taking care of me!
The staff were very professional. They were also kind and friendly. The place was clean. The Dr. was amazing. She found the problem quickly. She explained the procedure in a way that was easy to understand. The Dr was kind and made me feel calm. She had a dog named Kobi there that was simply adorable. The procedure went well and I return in a few days to have bandages changed. I definitely recommend this place!
I was nervous because I'm diabetic and I'm always leary about someone touching my feet but the courtesy and professionalism of the Dr. and staff put me at ease, my best friend is seen by this Dr.and I recommended her to his family for their foot care and they are very pleased.
The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Casselberry was professional as well and knowledgeable. She was patient, taking time to answer all my questions. This was my first visit and there was one little glitch. My appointment was at 2:00, but because the receptionist was having trouble with the tablet I was to use to fill out new patient info and the doctor was out of town and late getting back to the office to help, I didn’t get checked in till about 3:00. I ordered my diabetic shoes in April, 2024. I had to call the office to see if they had come in. They said they were there and to come in and try on. (07.09.2024). When I tried them on, they were too big. They said they were going to reorder them. This was the 1st of July. Today, I called them and said they were going reorder them asking me for more information. This was 4 months ago. Today's date is 11.06.2024.
