The laundries are always dirty, the stairwells are covered in dirt... They come to clean but they don't clean properly. They definitely need to have more control over their cleaning staff.
Representative refused to answer question regarding the utilities included in rent costs without me providing my contact information. I will not be researching to property any further due to this.
