Even though they were booked out for over two weeks, Aryn worked us in on a "fix while we wait basis" while they replaced the lid to our refrigerator vent. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. It was done quickly and at a very fair price! We are rather new to the area and are thrilled we have found this business to work on our camper!
I'm kinda new to RV world and have only lived in Seattle for a short time so i feel so fortunate to have found this shop!! Everyone is so courteous and smart!!! I like how they give options on repairs and explain to educate. Tim worked on my rig for several hours; didn't even take a break for his lunch until my list of repairs were completed. I had a great experience with everyone at Auburn-Kent RV. I have a dog grooming trailer that needed the grey waste tank repaired. The customer service I received was excellent, from the ladies at the front desk to Tim and Ed. Ed did a great and fast job fixing my problem so I could get back to work. Thank you so much for doing a great job at a great price. You guys are awesome!!
1st time customer, travelling thru and needed to repairs before we could continue. Tim and the gang worked very hard to get us in and get us back on the road without destroying our schedule!!! They are friendly, professional, and did a great job!!
Had a great experience with Auburn Kent Valley RV. My 5th wheel trailer had a slide out roof leak in one of the skylights. Thanks to CORY and his ability to take out sky lights and cover up the holes and reseal the roof and interior of my trailer i can now be assured I will not have a slide out roof leak any longer. I got a complete reseal on my trailer, furnace service and a fridge service also. I found out that I had a recall on the fridge and they took care of the recall at no charge to me.
