poor service – I have used them several times and was always very pleased with the service. This time they cut my cats nipple very bad, which is not why I'm upset because it's a cat and they dont understand to be still when getting groomed. I'm upset because they did not tell me it happened and tried to hide it. Well the significant amount of red fluid and obvious pain my cat was in was more than enough for me to know that they knew. I would have been ok if they would have told me so i could have taken her to a vet for pain ... read more
