Super happy with the great service we received with Auburn Home and Energy and Dan and his helper great job. These guys took pride in their work, I could tell. Very happy with our Kuma Cascade insert. We were leaning towards the Alpine, but opted for the larger Cascade insert because of more capacity for longer burns, and larger length wood. We also know the limits of an insert, so if the power goes out and we cant use the blower, this unit puts out great radiant heat. Dan was in lockstep with our contractor as we worked to get a new woodstove installed. He was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. Made multiple visits to the house anytime we needed his opinion. Auburn home and energy center is an experienced local business that does what it takes to get heating systems installed. Highly recommend!

Edited review. After a series of miscommunications, I got hold of Dan (this was yesterday 8 March). He promised to come Saturday between 9:30 and 10:00. He arrived at 9:30 did his troubleshooting, identified the problems, replaced a couple of parts and just like that my stove is running like new. Dan is a very sharp and very patient. Anyone influenced by my previous negative review I will say this: I admit when I am wrong and I was wrong. Thank you Dan.
