Despite a 20+ year history which included 2 new furnaces, 2 new central AC units, 2 new hot water heaters and countless service appointments, this company recently opted to charge me more than $1200 for the installation of a $200 part that took less than 30 minutes to install. When I asked for a breakdown on parts and labor, they flat out refused to provide one. From my perspective, they are flat out not trustworthy. I would strongly recommend AGAINST calling them.
Probably the worst company I've ever hired. Customer service TERRIBLE. They drag their feet on everything they do. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!
