the receptionist is very very rude, I can’t believe it.
Busy new practise.Friendly staff and very efficient.Highly recommended.
The receptionist at this practice was very rude to my mum. The practice wants all patients to wait outside the clinic due to covid, but it was raining and the practice was empty when my mum went inside, and the receptionist yelled angrily at my mum to go back outside, like she was a child or infected covid patient. I understand covid puts everyone in a hard situation but you can still be kind and respectful with people - not this receptionist though, very disrespectful and disappointing behaviour
