Thank you service writer Lennie and mechanic Alex. My BEST new Bronco was making a weird clicking noise after car wash when I opened the door. Thankfully it was just a lil loose bolt on door. They both were so nice and helpful! So very nice Thank you!!! I'll def be back when I need my first service!

I brought my truck into DuPratt Ford in Auburn and had a really positive experience. Lenny in the service department was honest, responsive, and easy to work with. He kept me updated and made sure everything was handled properly. Alex, the mechanic, did a great job on the repair. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. Good service like this is hard to find these days. I really appreciate the professionalism from both of them and will definitely be back.

Friendly local Ford dealership. My tires were wearing a tad unevenly and the service manager took the time to explain possible causes and things I could do to avoid it in the future. They do tend to be busy, so definitely make an appointment. Also they have a "come to your home" oil change service, if you are a local ask about it.
