I have been a patient at AFM since Dr. Lane moved there, and I have consistently had great experiences. The staff and nurses are always friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions I have. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling like my concerns have been addressed. Dr. Ashley Lane is awesome! I highly recommend her! She took the time to hear my concerns and never made me feel rushed. It is clear that she truly cares about her patients and wants them to feel heard.
It has certainly gone downhill in the past 5 years or so especially. Yes, them not answering the phone, not calling back is totally unnecessary. I am 78 and have been seeing Dr.Gauthier who was wonderful. Now he is either retired or filling in so I don't think I will see him again. Yesterday, I went to see Dr. Bufford. He is nice but he took me off fioricet cold turkey!!! No plan how to detox, no substitution for pain. I just told them to delete all my personal information CHRISTY YOUNG is a joke and lied directly to my face just to remove me from all my medications. I was told "try again in 2 weeks". Prepare for them to milk you for every cent they can.
