Worst dentist office where I have been in the US!
Malpractice. Reusing tools on patients without properly cleaning them. Patients exposed to radiation during X-rays (children included) Discriminates on patients depending on their insurance. Very rude and unprofessional. Cannot keep staffing EVER. Hiring assistants off of the streets without any degrees certificates diplomas education etc. Offices are extremely unsanitary and should not be used especially during COVID. Exposure risk of illness is extremely high due to lack of cleanliness, dental tools included.
Doctor Kaur is absolutely terrible! She’s rude to all of her patients, even children! Very unprofessional and her dentistry work is horrible! I make sure to tell EVERYONE I know about her! The only thing that she cares about are the google reviews! She pretends to be this amazing person on the internet but in reality, she’s the worst of the worst!!!! Possibly bi polar? I would avoid going here at all costs. Very unorganized. Nobody knows what’s going on. Getting different times and days for my appointment from everyone. Always wait forever to get in, hours past appointment time. Dentist has no bedside manner at all. Had horrible pain for a week after going there. Had to get antibiotics from my own doctor. She is also refusing to send Aflac the codes they need so I can get my money from my claim. They have been contacting her for a month and she will not answer them. Horrible service. Staff is extremely unorganized. The dentist is rude and unprofessional. I literally ended up in urgent care once on antibiotics for a tooth the refused to extract claiming my insurance didn't pay them when I literally had a bill on my kitchen table of them paying $427 for a x ray and cleaning that I ended up in urgent care with a jaw infection and then 3 days later and 102 fever that urgent sent me straight the auburn memorial ER where I was put on a new antibiotic and pain pills and then showed up 5 mins l... read more
