Outstanding and very professional! I have used them multiple times over the past 10 years - each time has been outstanding! They installed a 220 Tesla charger 8 years ago and came out today to trouble-shoot an odd issue. They worked to find the cause and they found the solution - they were polite and kind during the entire process. Bill's experience came in handy in solving this most recent appointment - not sure someone of lesser experience would have found this problem. Will use them again!
Was out of power, called Auburn Electric and very prompt service, was able to come out and fix the issue. Fair pricing even for an emergency. Bill was very nice and explained everything. second time using them. May look into buying a generator from them also. Highley reccomend!
These guys came down and solved our electric problems immediately. They were very specific, yet extremely easy to talk to and they worked out a problem we've been having with our breaker box for months. The moment the electrician asked about my father's service, whose paralyzed and I take care of, he made sure our services were covered completely. An extremely generous and kind offer made by them. Please give these guys a chance, as we did. You will not be dissatisfied!
