Gym owner (Cinnamon) and those who patronize Auburn CrossFit have no respect for the neighborhood. I have tried reaching out to the owner multiple times to work on ways to mitigate the gym's disruption to the peace of the neighborhood. These requests have gone unanswered and they continue to be unable to control their childish cult-like urges to make as much noise as possible at the expense of those living around them. I’ve been doing CF for over 13 years and have attended multiple different boxes, (gyms). Auburn CrossFit has definitely been my favorite because of multiple reasons. The main one being because of the great resource we have in Cinnamon, the owner and main Trainer. Her knowledge, and caring approach has created the best workout environment I’ve ever had. This place is where I come to turn pain into joy. It has become my community, inspiration, challenge, therapy… I cannot say enough about what Cinnamon has built here. It is so much more than a gym!

I was in the Auburn area for Open 25.1 on 2/28/25, and Cinnamon and her crew squeezed me into heat 1. I had such a kickass time working out with everyone and especially 95-yr old Annie! If you have ever thought about trying out CrossFit, you gotta check this place out. It’s a great community that combines fun and fitness…you’ll love it here!
