If I could rate zero I would ! I won’t lie it’s peaceful but they had roaches !! $2,000 in rent for roaches and wouldn’t even waive a fee to break the lease and get a place that was worth the price! They didn’t give us new appliances when we moved in the refrigerator had orange stains in it as well as rust drawings all over the certain walls from previous tenants !
