Lived here in 2020 and it was god awful
Writing from my experience in my opinion- these apartments are rough. I really believe the leadership needs to review their values. I never had a positive experience with Nancy. The walls leak yellow goo and apartments smell like mold. I had to purchase an air purifier after developing a persistent cough. The heating does not work correctly. The location is not safe with frequent law enforcement responses to neighboring properties with the perpetrators hiding out at auburn cove. The front door locks rarely work. It is very h... read more
I have rented for 10 years and this was the worst renting experience to date. I have nothing positive to say about Auburn Cove. There are so many reasons why this place is unlivable but the main reason I would not recommend is that after being gone from the apt for only 1 month I came back to EVERYTHING covered in a film of mold.
