go to syracuse, this dump should have been closed years ago by the state. i went in with kidney pain the er said it was an infection . they drew pee forgot to analyze it. the sent me to do a ct scan ,i get to the ct dept. they said oh your gear for a brain scan. i said no a kidney scan. 1/1/2 hrs later after they found the problem i had my scan said it was a infection in my kidneys. my kidney dr looked said no infection it was a kidney stone. told me to stop at once the antibiotic they gave me for infection cause it cou... read more
Highly recommend findings different hospital!! I had surgery on my arm. Waited over 24 hours for a sandwich that still hasn't arrived. Mind you I'm writing this while Laying in one of their beds in pain in blood covered bandages. Worst care and bedside manner I've ever seen and I've worked in healthcare for many years. Personal property thrown around. Over 30 hours and still haven't been offered to brush teeth or wash face an hands. Meds that are way overdue that i asked for hours ago I still have yet to see. If I could give this hospital and its doctors a minus ten I would. They showed no skill, compassion or concern for patients. I was misdiagnosed without even having been seen. Doctor was arrogant and hostile and threatened and yelled. He would not listen to family or established providers. I may never recover. This place was a ful and a nightmare I still have.
Worst hospital ossible with doctors who could never practice in the 21st century. They have no teal desire to help anyone.
If I could gove them no stars it would be appropriate. received no real care just abuse, yelling and no background ir compassion. This is truly why US medical care is so expensive with some if the worst outcomes. No one at Auburn Hospitalcares or has the skills to cate.
