Was going to them pretty consistently and felt great. I had even prepaid for my treatment plan. Then life got busy and was not able to go for awhile. Tried calling to make an appointment after life slowed down, and they said I was no longer in their system and would have to start over by becoming a new patient. Lost at least 3-4 prepaid visits, and they never called, emailed or texted me.
The staff are very nice. They'll work with your schedule. The doctor is very professional and super nice.
Found 3 chiropractors in network, of which these folks were one. Called to make a consultation appointment and was informed it's $180, because they take x-rays on the first visit. So...on to the next 2 doctors in network!
