Always friendly personnel, modern equipment, and Dr. Weeks explains problems and procedures so even I can understand. After my 2nd visit we scheduled cataract surgery at EAMC, right eye and 3 weeks later (due to holidays) the left eye. Quite honestly I was/am amazed at how painless the surgery was and I'm definitely pleased with the results. To borrow a phrase from a once popular song; "I can see clearly now." Thanks, Dr. Weeks
My scheduled appointment was at 11:30 today, with the understanding I had to be out in time to go to work. I arrived at 11:05, signed in, & completed new patient paperwork by 11:10. After other people, who signed in AFTER me arrived & were called back, I finally was called back at 11:45. Then I was taken to a 2nd waiting room where I was forgotten about, apparently. At 12 noon, I had to literally look for an employee & explain that I could wait no longer. All other employees had left for lunch I guess because lights were off... read more
