I spoke with Sam about my needs, and he was great—he came out to measure my place and was very helpful. I originally wanted carpet but later changed to floorboards. I have no issues with Sam; whenever I managed to get hold of him, he answered all my questions clearly. I did go into the store a few times to clarify some details. After years of putting off the project as can't seem to find the right product, finally had quality carpets so beautifully installed, huge thanks to Carpet Court in Auburn, in particular Jung and Steve. Had a really good experience at Carpet Court Auburn. Jung was helpful throughout the process and made choosing the right carpet straightforward. The installation went smoothly and the end result looks great. Happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
I popped into the store and met Jung – what a legend! He’s an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always accommodating, super kind, and really understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was quick to answer my calls every time. Thanks to him, I scored a brand-new carpet for my place – top quality and a fantastic price!
