We love the quality and the look of the new carpet. And we are very happy and satisfied with the whole purchase and installation process. The manager, the staff and the installation workers are all very professional and friendly. We highly recommend Auburn Carpet Court!
Had a great experience dealing with Jung and Walter. Called around a few places and they were able to give me the best price on the flooring I was after with a quick pickup time.
Excellent service. We booked in our new flooring on a Monday and by that Saturday it was already completely installed. Very happy with the end result and all staff involved were extremely helpful

I spoke with Sam about my needs, and he was great—he came out to measure my place and was very helpful. I originally wanted carpet but later changed to floorboards. I have no issues with Sam; whenever I managed to get hold of him, he answered all my questions clearly. I did go into the store a few times to clarify some details.
