The center refused to provide me with my reports and results of the heart monitor, citing their internal policy to withhold them for 8 days. This practice is not only unprofessional, but also illegal, as patients have the right to access their health information promptly. Such policies violate patient rights and transparency laws, and should be addressed accordingly. I will not be returning to this center and do not recommend it to others.
Absolutely inept. The doctor gave me a stress echo without advising I needed one the tried to charge me $1300 for it. This is ridiculous. When this was paid they didn't even send the report because the manager didn't check their accounts for 3 months. It was ridiculous I am reporting them
