Our washer flooded our laundry room, we had a mess. Plus kids and grandkids visiting!! Bubba was amazing, called me back when he said, showed up when he said and was very professional. Highly recommend. They also sell great appliances.
I am actually very disappointed with his customer service this time from the get go. He has been to my house twice before to repair my fridge and stove and did good work. So I decided to go ahead and call the same person that we used to repair our fridge again. Called him 6/24/24. But this time from the moment he answered the phone, his attitude had totally changed. I don't know how this man sleeps at night, really. Overcharged when he comes into the home then overcharged for the 5 minute repair which never even fixed the problem. I feel violated and robbed.
One star is the minimum rating I am allowed to provide. I would encourage anyone considering Gordon Mahlert or this business to take note of their D- rating with the Better Business Bureau, their 26 negative reviews on Yelp spanning 10 years & their numerous negative reviews on Google. This is an unscrupulous individual. He charged $200 for a service call & a deposit on an ordered part…that never arrived. For a span of 10 days I received no follow up. I used Gordon and Bill for a dryer and washer repair. Several service guys said they can't fix the dryer as it's an old model. Gordon came promptly and looked at the washer and dryer. He took under a minute to figure out what might be wrong with the dryer and was honest to tell me that washer seems fine, and a break in the cycle may have messed it up. He fixed the appliances and I thought the prices was reasonable. I am hoping the appliances still have some life in them. Will recommend them.
