Dr. Guzman and his staff are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
I had a very positive experience with Dr Gusman today! From his office staff to his Medical Asistant, everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Gusman’ office to those that are looking for a podiatrist in the Auburn area. It is part of the Multicare/Auburn Regional Hospital, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time for parking and such.
Scheduled an appointment at 3 pm on Monday for next day at 2 pm. Overnight problem resolved. Called at 9am to cancel and was charged $25 for canceling since I did not give 24 hour notice, even though I did not have the appointment for 24 hours yet. Then they want what medicare doesn't cover up front before they even see you.
I've seen 30+ doctors over 15 years for a complex condition across the country. Dr. Gusman helped in a way no one else has, by evaluating my lengthy history and articulating a path toward diagnosis. His willingness to listen and ability to explain technical concepts is second to none. His office staff were very kind and helpful as well. I feel fortunate to have been referred here.
