If I could leave zero stars i would. Dr. Holm is the most insensitive human being i have ever met. I brought my perfectly healthy parakeet in for a beak trim and check up and i left with a dead bird wrapped in a measly kleenex. They used an enormous and loud dremel tool that should be used on a construction site and not a tiny little bird. i presume they hit a nerve or blood vessel while attempting to file his beak down and sent my best friend into shock/cardiac arrest and killed him. after they killed him they were nothing ... read more
