Quality of overall store and staff
In my family's opinion, we think that this store is a huge asset to the entire community and is really helpful to the seasonal residents and campers. As far as the merchandise that is offered, it is superior to any and all other like businesses in the area.
Never have I had such positive results at the big-box stores. Hometown experience is fundamentally important here in Winchester. If had unlimited income I would spend much of it at this Hardware Store.
If they don't have it, they can get it, FAST. Great customer service and I always find something I didn't even know I needed!
Almost always find what i am looking for.Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
I am thankful to the employees there they are always super helpful!
I needed something to make my stairs less slippery and I was pointed to a product that was better than what I had originally come in for. Those guys are always great, now if they would only get automatic doors I would be in heaven
