EDIT: Today was my second visit. Aubrey was incredibly rude. He spoke down to me in a very loud and condescending way. He was practically yelling at me for buying my battery at Auto Zone. To make matters worse, I had my six year old daughter with me. I said we were done and shut my hood. He came over and said, "Here, let me put my $14,000 equipment on it." Aubrey was great @ first until he wasnt. My car is a push start Jeep Cherokee I brought it in because I have to push the button twice to get it to crank after driving. Aubrey said trust me you need a new battery thats ordered through him $800.00 +labor needless to say it didnt fix the issue. he put me off over a month and once I cameback he tells me I need a new alternator he then shows me why.. when the car is under load it rises to 14.5 when not under load it dropped to around 13.4.
