USE THEM! We had a door purchased and installed through Lowes. That process started in October and still wasn't finished come March. The door was measured 4 different times, reordered twice and installed temporarily (no insulation, molding, etc.). There was a large gap on one side between the brick molding and the house frame. Aubrey Faatz Home Crafters has now completed 2 phases of construction at our house at OIB and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. With us not living their full time the process could not have been smoother with keeping us updated and communicating any decisions we needed to make. We would highly recommend them and will be working on other phases with them soon!!
