excellent service and the staff there goes above and beyond to get you rolling
Drove almost an hour to get to the dealership after calling earlier to verify rebates. When we got there we were told the rebate was not correct. The manager even insinuated that we heard the information incorrectly! Plus he was rude and didn’t even try to keep our business! Walked right out and will never return!
Love my new 4 Runner...second one we bought at Aubrey Alexander. Both times we dealt with Kyle Reigle who went above and beyond to make sure we knew all the details of the new vehicle and even connected my phone to the Bluetooth.

Service! We purchased a used vehicle almost a year ago. We even bought the extra warranty with it. Thank god. The car has been a night mare since we purchased it!! The rear end has been fixed twice in it. Not sure they know how to do this correctly!! I think they have had it at least 50 days in the last year.
