Thanks Aubrey Alexander Toyota for fixing our flat tire on Saturday. We were traveling from Lancaster to visit friends in Jersey Mills. Your staff was quick and efficient and got us back on the road in about 30 minutes. We were lucky the flat tire light came on right in front of your dealership. Thanks again.
i do not recommend. they acted like my business didn’t matter. ended up by a car from blaise alexander ford the same day and they were much better.

I had an initial hiccup with the car I initially purchased at Aubrey Alexander. However, Mike R and Mike C did a fantastic job remedying that situation and putting me in the absolutely perfect car. Patrick greeted me and made sure that I was taken care of and Cassie was great as we went through the paperwork. I wasn't terribly pleased with my sales rep from my initial purchase, but the Mikes worked hard to take me from unhappy to over the moon happy. 10/10 recommend. I will go back for future purchases for sure!

Been going to Aubrey Alexander for years! Just went today to see about trading in my car since the lease was soon up. Bill S was my salesman! Absolutely hands down the best! Very polite professional and wasn’t just trying to “make a deal” He took his time to explain everything to me! Happy to say I’ll be going tomorrow afternoon to pick up my new ride! Got a great deal!!
