Great service, fair prices
Their Service Department is a joke. I called for a recall on my 2012 Corolla and the first thing I was asked was "Did you buy it here". WHAT does that have to do with repairing a recall? I make the appointment and arrive on time. I waited 3 hours and finally went to the desk to find out my car had been done for two hours and no one bothered to tell me. They don’t do service work on Saturdays which is when most people are free. They don’t make an effort to accommodate you what so ever. Horrible customer service.
My salesman was Kyle Reigle. Awesome, he was hard working and got my financed where other dealerships couldnt! I recommend him as a salesman and Aubrey Alexander Toyota as an awesome dealership ! ! ! !

will NEVER go back EVER again. Hour and 20 minutes for an inspection that THEY DIDNT EVEN FINISH!!! mean while...they are having a freaking "safety meeting" PIZZA PARTY!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!
This is our 3rd new vehicle we purchased from Aubrey Alexander with Mike Sandri as our salesman. He did an outstanding job getting the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. We would highly recommend Mike and this dealership. Couldn't be more pleased!
