My husband and I were interested in a van. Dealership said price was firm, even paying cash they refused to drop price. there excuse was -it had already been dropped this was bottom line. 2 days later the same van came up on cars.com with price drop.
Twice we needed service on our Toyota Tundra in the past two months. They refuse to answer their phones and do not return phone calls. Today I called the service department at 4:50 pm because they had our vehicle for two days to replace the exhaust pipe. No one answered the telephone. Now the phone rings and the answering machine says they are closed. They are a shoddy service center with no customer service!

Answered all of our questions quickly and accurately! He delivered the vehicle right to our door! Highly would recommend this dealership!
Highly disappointed with this crew went here for a free inspection where they failed me and told me I needed brakes and rotors! They also failed to tighten all my lug nuts! Took it to another garage they passed it sent me pics of all the stuff they failed,I sent them to one of the managers there and all he could tell me was he don’t know how that happened! Don’t fall for there tricks they will try to get every dollar out of you!
Huge thank you to the service team. Stuart Olsen was wonderful to work with. My truck came in for 4 tires/alignment and servicing. There was some unforeseen issues with the truck that was promptly addressed. I was given a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair. Thanks Michelle!! Rob Bohdanowicz, the parts manager, gave me a great deal on tires for my Tundra and as always was knowledgeable and upfront. Thanks all around!
