Very responsive to my questions
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a sales person. We were buying from out of state, we started with Josh, when we would ask questions, there would be an extreme delay in answering we constantly felt pushed aside. Multiple times he said he would call us back and never did, he the completely stopped responding. Weekend passed and we got a call from Sean, another salesman, and again said he would call back and would never receive a call back.
