I went in feeling very anxious because of a previous negative medical experience, and I’ve had a lot of fear around gynecological exams. Dr. Susan was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout the entire visit. She explained each step clearly before and during the procedure, checked in with me often, and made sure I felt comfortable and respected. I also truly appreciated how seriously she took privacy.
