I've actually had a good experience so far (despite some negative reviews on this page). Moved in early 2018. Management is helpful & responsive to maintenence requests, community is friendly/overall pretty clean. I feel safe here. Apartment unit I have is 1 BR/1 BA; roomier than many others I've rented in other areas, at close to 800sq ft, feels more like a house with high ceilings, crown molding, round garden tub, walk in closet.
I've lived here for 2 years and have no complaints. Great service and office is quick to fix any issues. This is a very quiet place and I enjoy the pool and grill. Dog park is nice too.
