If you don't like firealarm, don't live here, it rings every week and noisy as hell. The access app not working well, the elevator neither. Other than that, everything else is just fine.
Dog was attacked by 3 huskies who are kept off leash on the property and building told us “nothing we can do”. They refused to fix our ac that wasn’t working in the heat wave, ignoring emails. Very poor experience living here
Very disappointed in Del Property Management (Tridel Group of Companies). The outdoor pool and indoor hot tub are both dodgy, with cloudy water and tons of debris floating around. Lo and behold, they've both failed Toronto Public Health inspection for critical health factors. This is totally unacceptable. Managing a pool and hot tub is an achievable task with competent management that hundreds if not thousands of pool operators manage across Toronto daily.
