PREPARE TO BE IGNORED Months prior to the lease ending my daughter expressed concern about damages to the apartment, due to her roommate's poor pet management/care, and how they might affect the return of her full security deposit. They didn't walk the property before we started renting, then tried to claim that previous damages were our fault and tried to keep the majority of the deposit. If they don't walk the property with you be sure to keep videos and documented evidence of all preexisting damages. To be clear, I documented everything, but you guys obviously didn't have anything documented. The house was in better repair when I left than when I moved in. Stacey is the best person in the entire company. She is so sweet and kind and she deserves a raise she goes above and beyond for this company and actually cares instead of pretending. If your a auben resident go to Stacey she will help you will all that you need and also give a nice human foot print. For those that are new to renting please remember to document everything and send them in. The best advice she could ever give me.

I rented the pink house on Ruby Street starting in 2022 and experienced ongoing maintenance problems throughout my tenancy. The plumbing regularly backed up, causing sinks and tubs to fill with standing water. Despite many maintenance requests, the issue was never permanently repaired. I was told on multiple occasions that tree roots were growing through the pipes, yet management continued to apply temporary fixes instead of resolving the actual problem.
