Id give them less if I could. This company is impossible to contact, then when you go into the building the staff is irritated that you walked through the door. The shittiest customer service I've encountered in 12 years of renting. Don't bother applying they'll just steal your money. 753 credit score and a 100,000 a year income couldn't get me and my partner approved on a 1500 a month home when our current rent is 2000. So, always read reviews before dealing with any company. The same lie cannot be told by so many different people the same way. They sent the lease to us and we read the lease. These people hold the deed to the property and that is all. The lease states that you are responsible for all repairs and the upkeep of the house and the property on your own dime. They can put you out without notice even if your rent is paid ahead. I recommend if you deal with these people that you read the lease before signing it.The people seem very... read more
The worst company to work with, ever. Renter beware. This company bought the duplex I stay in from an independent owner. The changeover from independent to this has been terrible. You can't talk to anybody in real time. The maintenance requests are a joke. They figure out how to charge you for anything and everything that you're not responsible for. They are slumlords.
