I hate the fact that we had to move! We lived in that house for 5 years! When I tell you that we never met a better group of people to manage where we live! These people were truly a blessing! They worked with us through our hard times! I wish that our next place could be managed by them! They are a great team to be a part of! Brionna and I are truly grateful! Thank you for everything! Troy, Jake and Stacy were awesome!
Really don’t understand how we’ve been complaining about mold and this is the only way we can get some kind of response but again not responding to emails and not properly responding to maintenance requests. We started complaining in Aug and both as yet been done and we have expressed to them that we have 2 young children still no urgency. We have emailed pictures and everything NOTHING. I have no idea why they are trying to respond on here saying we can PM them when that’s all we’ve been doing. Smh do better
Have mold in the duplex wwe rent from there have told them over a month we have a mildew mold smell coming from the vents. We have mold on windows and inside wall they won’t send anyone to fix and keep ignoring us we are really worried because we have 2 children do not rent from them
Stacy is THE BEST property manager. She works fast and makes sure things are handled with care. Tony is also THE BEST maintenance man around! The ease of mind they provide is unmatched.
Jason and his team are great to work with, I appreciate their transparency and their responsiveness!
