Used a travel agency & paid for travel insurance. Never received no paperwork. My daughter had an accident and since I had no insurance papers I had to pay out of pocket. Went to the travel agency told them what happed and the took a copy of the bill ($40). I never heard nothing else for several months. So I decided to write, email & fax them another copy of the bill.
