I was looking to send my boyfriend flowers and this place came up as the closet near me at the time and top of the list. Robert helped me pick a beautiful bouquet of long red stemmed roses. He was pleasant and helpful as this was my first time ever sending flowers. I will be back for future occasions for sure.

In all the years of dealing with Rob @ AU Florist, not once have I received anything less than a spectacular arrangement! They are prompt, helpful and offer excellent service. I get exactly what I ask for (and then some). Beautiful and fresh flowers every time!

Just an awful experience lol I showed them a picture of a bouquet that I wanted to make, the guy started talking about the vase and that they didn’t have 60 roses, I told him I don’t need the vase and they could do half the roses but I just wanted something similar to the picture I was showing him, but he wouldn’t let go of the vase and the 60 roses after I repeatedly told him I don’t need that many roses and I don’t need the vase lol and then proceeded to brush me off and go to the next customer. Good luck friend.
