We were self pay and I signed a paper stating no insurance, yet they tried to bill Tricare. We signed a form stating paid in full, but were still billed, two separate times even after complaining. Calling is a hassle. It took ten minutes to get a human being! Do not recommend!!
My brother who has MS was treated horrifically by the imaging technician. She berated him for not being able to walk, made snide comments because he was shaking. We will never return here and I am completely ashamed that someone like that is anywhere near the medical profession. Older lady, you need to be fired! If I could give no star,s I would.
I would leave no stars if possible. The staff was dismissive and rude to what was a very real concern. Upon telling my doctor I was sent back to another place to get the images done. I was dissatisfied and my doctor was disappointed. Very poor service
