Had one of the best cleanings today! It's hard to find even a great hygienist unless you go to this practice. Dr. T always takes great care of me and does precision work!
I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I paid 7K upfront, which I was asked to pay, for Invisalign treatment and completed 13 trays over about 3.5 months. There was some improvement overall, however my bottom teeth are still not properly aligned and feel crowded, which I brought up at my final appointment. This was, without question, the LEAST professional experience I have ever had with any healthcare provider – dental or otherwise. The level of disorganization, discourtesy, and condescension I encountered from the front office was not only disappointing, but genuinely alarming. In all my years of interacting with medical and dental practices, I have never been treated with such a blatant disregard for basic professionalism, communication, or human decency.
