They never answer the phone or call people back! The communication is trash.Do not ask me to reach out to you when the phone is never answered in the first place. Why am I spending more time on the phone with the showroom attendant trying to transfer me through than the people who are servicing the vehicle? You are not always at lunch or away from the damn desk! I will come up there to speak to someone face to face since that is the only way to get communication.
This was our first experience working with the staff at Atzenhoffer Chevrolet and they were amazing from start to finish. Ernest was our sales representative and he made our experience very positive. There was no pressure and everyone we dealt with was so courteous and helpful. If you have never experienced a trip to the Atzenhoffer dealership I highly recommend it. There is a reason they’ve been in business for 100 years.

Atzenhoffer Chevrolet is better than 5 Star. Everyone we were in contact with was Friendly and professional. Salesman Roland Canales was polite and informative as we inquired about a certain make and model. He immediately pointed out models in our proximity and obtained keys to drive to other lot locations. Our inquiries of type and styles were pointed out with detail. A new vehicle just delivered met our specifications and a test drive by my Wife and I followed.
