I saw a used vehicle I was interested in and was told by the internet sales specialist that they would reduce the price after she spoke with a supervisor. She told me I needed to be present for them to negotiate a price for me. After visiting the dealership i was told the vehicle was sold three days ago and that the vehicles don’t get removed from the website right away. In the future please check if the car is at the dealership before having someone go up to the dealership and waste their time.
I was in the process of moving from Colorado to their Victoria, Texas and I needed a little upgraded. Had a Chevy, Colorado, and two teenage boys and a dog and all the things and it just was not cutting it for me. Dinah Schultz in sales and Sales Manager Ryan Stahl provided excellent customer service, gave a strong offer on my trade-in, and worked out an awesome deal on a new 2026 Suburban. The entire process was smooth, fair, and straightforward, with clear communication and no pressure. We took my Mom's car there for insurance adjuster to look at from the very first interaction with Randy in the Collision shop we were not happy, his attitude and customer service was horrible, it sat for over two weeks to be torn down and Randy to write the report to insurance to claim it a total loss, and even after trying to go around him straight to the supervisor he finally decided to answer the phone to give us bare minimum information, did not want to communicate the situation at all.
