I don't feel safe living here at ATZ Place in Kendallville. They enter your apartment unannounced. The current property manager is verbally abusive and threatening. Nothing shy of elder abuse. My apartment was absolutely filthy when I moved in. The hallways are filthy as is the elevator. The restrooms in the common area are kept locked. (Why wouldn't the restrooms in a senior community be made available?)
