I have a client who lives in this apartment complex...the Manager and maintenance man are absolutely amazing....the apartments themselves are awesome the community is very friendly...definitely a spot I'd recommend for older adults looking for a good spot to live

I've been here now for 2 1/2 years. The staff is very friendly and professional. They take pride in listening to any issues, big or small, and acting upon them accordingly. The Owners do alot to keep things in Top condition, and have the right people overseeing the property and training new Office and Maintenance personnel how they expect them to continue company policies, procedures, and keeping residents safety a number one concern. I appreciate being able to reside here. It's not just an apartment, it is home.
I don't feel safe living here at ATZ Place in Kendallville. They enter your apartment unannounced. The current property manager is verbally abusive and threatening. Nothing shy of elder abuse. My apartment was absolutely filthy when I moved in. The hallways are filthy as is the elevator. The restrooms in the common area are kept locked. (Why wouldn't the restrooms in a senior community be made available?)
