In November 2016, Brian and his crew installed gutters on my house. During our first rain/storm I noticed the the gutters weren't working properly. Since then I have contacted Brian on numerous occassions via text or phone call to have someone come and fix the problem. He always tells me he will be coming but never shows up. Brian was a pleasure to work with during the installation process. After the work was completed and we had the first rain/storm in November 2016, I contacted Brian via text and let him know that some of the gutters were not working well. I sent him pictures and video since November and he has yet to come to my house and fix the problem. He always tells me he's comimg on a certain day but doesn't shows up (gramted sometimes the weather doesn't permits and I'm understanding). I had ATX install gutters on my home a few months ago. although they were quick to respond and appeared to do a good job, I had some issues after the first rain. Despite numerous phone calls and emails I have not been able to get a return call for service work. I can't recommend anybody who will not stand behind their work!!!
