Was referred to this office from ER needing hand surgery. I left a msg early on Monday morning to schedule an appointment and it took 10 days for them to return my call. I was able to meet with primary Dr, be referred to another surgeon for evaluation, and surgery completed all before I received a call back.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this office. The level of professionalism demonstrated by the front desk staff was concerning, particularly regarding patient privacy. On multiple occasions, sensitive patient information was discussed loudly in a manner that could be overheard by others in the waiting area, which raises serious concerns about compliance with HIPAA regulations. I had a consult for my hand and no issues with the service. My one star is from the office not putting my claim against insurance and only sending me numerous texts and letters for the outstanding balance. I've left 6 voicemails over a 5 week period with no one returning my call. When I did get through to someone in billing, they confirmed they didn't retain my insurance information from the visit.
