I had a consult for my hand and no issues with the service. My one star is from the office not putting my claim against insurance and only sending me numerous texts and letters for the outstanding balance. I've left 6 voicemails over a 5 week period with no one returning my call. When I did get through to someone in billing, they confirmed they didn't retain my insurance information from the visit.
